4 rooms apartment (2 bedrooms + 1 living room + 1 dining room) situated on the 2nd floor with elevator of a Parisian building. Separate bathroom and kitchen
What a great place. Very large, full kitchen, two large bedrooms, dining room. Easy to find in the 11. Could not have asked for anything more. Communication with owner was efficient and when we were missing a piece of information he called us directly to give it to us. Outstanding value.
Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed here for 4 nights in August 2014. The apartment was perfect: clean, well-equipped, easy access to Metro and close to shops and restaurants. Arnaud was helpful and accommodating (we arrived early!) and all the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Our deposit was refunded quickly and efficiently after we left. We would certainly stay here again: thank you Arnaud!
Loved it! Very pleasantly surprised with the amount of space in this apartment. It was well supplied and had everything we needed. Great location- walking distance to multiple subway stops. Very close to a wonderful shop for daily baguettes!
The owner was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
Very comfortable beds, nice fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of things to do in walking distance. There's a great flea market, and even Pere LeChaise is not too far to walk. Train stations to get you anywhere. Arnaud is great! I would definitely stay here again!
The apartment is in an excellent location with bars, restaurants, patisseries and supermarkets around the corner with easy metro links to all the sites. It was a lot bigger apartment than expected and very light and airy and modern. The owner answered all our questions very promptly and even arranged an off street parking space as we had a car with bikes on the top. We did all the main attractions over 3 days and if you are not up early ( like the guidebooks suggest) would recommend going to the Eiffel Tower late in the day and then heading for a great Jewish owned Italian restaurant (Il Conte) serving vegetarian and fish dishes. Then head back to the Trocadero metro to get a great few of the Eiffel Tower sparkling in the dark. Would recommend buying metro tickets in 10s for a few days stay rather than the 3 day pass for 4 which cost almost 100 Euros. One ticket goes a lot further than you think. Also recommend the Musee D'Orsay rather then the Louvre if you like the Impressionists and a more modern less crowded art gallery. Overall we had a great stay and looked forward to going back to the apartment at the end of the day. Would recommend it.
I stayed for 5 nights for my family of 8 in Jun 2013. Beautiful apartment, loved it. Location is great, not too far from downtown Paris, metro charonne is just a short 5 mins away.
Apartment is a a comfortable size. There were enough beddings for 9 people, 2 queen beds, one queen sofa bed in the living room, single sofa beds in each of the bedrooms and dining room. The sofa bed in the living room is not big enough for 2 adults, but comfortable enough for my 2 children.
The kitchen is clean and well-equipped with a farly big fridge, microwave oven, oven and dishwasher.
The bathroom is clean and sizeable. The washing machine is in the bathroom too. Toilet has a separate entrance so that's helpful for a family of 8!!
Quaint elevator, with max 3 pax,
Location is great, Accessible to everywhere in Paris via Metro. There are a few great patisseries in the area, had our fill of baguettes and delicious french patisseries. There are 3 supermarkets around the corner, great for stocking up on our groceries. Only 15 mins run to Seine River,
There is a nice little shop downstairs, Depot City that stocks pre-loved branded goods, Got myself a few nice handbags and a pair of Ferragamo shoes from Eric, the owner. Great find!
Overall, the apartment is great. Highly recommended. Arnaud was friendly and helpful before our trip.
