Everything is fine, situated in a quiet street, ideal for exploring Paris. Just a walk to main things and a very good metro connection to every were. Food is provided from a close by super market and fresh food by a daily market near by. Love this spot.
The Green apartment is a perfect spot for those looking for the 'real' Paris experience. Situated in a cool, up and coming neighbourhood this is a great place to set from when looking for an authentic Paris stay. Great restaurants and cool bars nearby - highly recommended!
My husband and I enjoyed staying in this apartment over the New Year holiday. It was clean and well equipped. We like being in a neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of touristy areas. We liked it so much that we are planning a return trip in July with our son and his family. Nothing but good to say about this apartment!
The aparrtment met all our expectations and was an excellent base for our Paris experience. The metro was just around the corner and there were lots of local bars, restaurants and cafes to have a relaxing meal in the evening! The beds were comfy and their was plenty of hot water!!!!! Thanks Arnaud for the advice and help for our return trip. We'll definately be back.
I stayed here for a few months, the apartment is a great size with all the facilities one needs for a comfortable stay, and it is really quiet considering the central location.
The area is fantastic, from a practical point it has all the facilities you would need nearby, 3 supermarkets, bakeries and every type of cuisine you could fancy.
Also the nearest metro lines the 9 at Charrone and the 8 at Faidherbe Chaligny are really convenient for all the main attractions, and if like me you are a fan of the velib ( bicycles) then there is a station right outside the door.
But also for those who have stayed in Paris before, this area is something different from the standard central zone, the 11th is a really lively and "real" Parisian area, with great access to Bastille, the Marais and as mentioned super access to all the sights via the Metro.

We stay in the Green Apartment for 4 nights, 3 adults and 1 child, it was perfect for us, location was great for all the tourist attractions and easy to get to Gare du Nord. Lots of restaurant, shops for food and drinks. Apartment was on 4th floor, safe and quiet. The owner is very very helpful, answered all the queries regarding booking very quickly. The manager is also very helpful, he resolved issues we had, which wasn't big anyway - didn't know how to get the English Channels......and was relaxed with the check out time since we had a little one. Highly recommended, very reasonable price for clean and comfortable apartment!
