Photos and Description of the Vasia vacation house rental

The house lies at the edge of the village with gaze over the olive-groves to the sea. A modern and generous ambience with high vaults originated from an old oil-mill. The view from each room on the sea and into the olive-groves, lets immediately arise great vacation-mood. Near at the village and nevertheless totally quite you can spend a carefree vacation. The semicircle of the kitchen with high cross-vault, invites you to cook, a bathroom with let in marble-bath to taking a shower, by full moon or also sunshine you can take a bath or you can relaxes. Over a very beautifully swung helix-stairway, you reach to one of the bedrooms into the first floor with adjoining shower-bath. And if the dear weather-God wants it, you can see even Corsica here in the morning when waking up, or produce also the daily weather report of the bed. Spatially far separately, the second bedroom lies on the other side of the house. Therefore also the name La Casa due Torri (house of the two towers).

Vasia is 8,5 km from the sea, with its beaches and active cities. In this quiet olive-village, there is everything which you need for the daily life. A grocery store (Alimentari), the post office (postale), the restaurant and also the bus-stop to the sea. Supermarkets are open 7 days the week in the summer-time, 7 km away you will find there in Caramagna. Vasia is also the stopover of the Italian wheel-racers on their well-known practice-route around Porto Maurizio. Over the internet-program Google-Earth, you can find the house: it is sea sight the lowest in the first row. (43°°55'56'38'N-7°57'18 ,50' Ê.)

Notes: In the ground floor beside the living room and in front of the kitchen, there is one winter-garden, it is used also as dining room. The kitchen has a coffee-machine, espresso-machine and toasters. Bed-linen and towels are changed weekly, hair dryer and clothes racks exist. The garden has many seat and day bed places under the orange and fig trees or on the meadow. Sometimes the palms makes shadows, otherwise the parasols take care of this. There is also a beautiful grill-place for the nightly dinner enjoyments. If you find 3000 sun-hours of year are not enough, central-heater and chimney guarantee an agreeable vacation atmosphere. Otherwise there are the near cities like Nice, Cannes, Monaco, San Remo or Genoa for example, in order to go on voyage of discovery for yourself. We live near by „Casa due Torri“ and can help with tips and advice for you.

Einfach umwerfend

Wir sind Wiederholungstäter. Es war klar, dass wir nach einem einwöchigen Aufenthalt in der Casa due Torri im Frühjahr 2007 unbeding noch einmal wiederkommen mussten. Nun nach einer weiteren Woche im Oktober 2008 sind wir uns einig, einen ganz wundervollen Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung aber auch der aktiven Erholung gefunden zu haben. Das Haus selbst, eine ehemalige Ölmühle, ist auf beeindruckende Weise neu erschlossen worden. Viel Licht und Raum, verwinkelt und doch klar wohnlich, gemütlich mit viel Liebe zum Detail und auch nach 7 Tagen stets neue, unbekannte Blickachsen. Einfach umwerfend - jeder Blick aus welchem Fenster auch immer - geht über den mediterranen Garten in das weite Tal mit seinen Olivenplantagen und wird zum Ende das Meer erreichen. Sehr selten so hemmungslos geschwärmt. Das Haus ist ausgestattet mit allen Dingen die man für einen entpannten Urlaub benötigt. Den Vermietern möchten wir ausdrücklich danken für die sehr freundliche Aufnahme, die wertvollen Hinweise auf die nähere und ferne Umgebung und die herzliche und unkonventionelle Art mit ihren Gästen umzugehen.

Entspannung und Erlbnis in schönem Ambiente

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche mit unserer 4jährigen Tochter im Casa due Torri und die Gelegnheit, diverse nahgelegene Sand- und Kiesstrände, sowie Häfen und Städte zu erkunden.
Highlight war eine ca 5stündige Whale-Watching Tour im 15Min entfernten Imperia auf der wir etliche Delfine und einen Pottwal bestaunen durften :)

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, an absolut Alles wurde gedacht! Zudem waren Haus und Garten wirklich sehr gepflegt und sauber! Die Vermieterin war sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns viele nützliche Tipps gegeben!

Hätten unseren Urlaub gerne noch verlängert und können dieses wunderschöne, idyllische Plätzchen wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Unvergessliche Tage in Vasia

Anfang Juni 09 verbrachten wir 2 Wochen in Vasia im Casa due Torri. Dieser Urlaub konnte nicht schief gehen: wohnen in einer alten, wunderbar hergerichteten Olivenmühle; Ausblick in eine fantastische Landschaft; essen wie Gott auf Erden; überall freundliche Menschen, dazu ein Wetter wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Vielen Dank an unsere fürsorglichen und netten Vermieter, die sich nicht scheuten uns einen kleinen Einblick in ihr Privatleben zu gewähren. Dabei erfuhren wir Einiges über Land und Leute, was sonst so verborgen bleibt.

Ferientraumhaus

2009 werden wir nun zum dritten Mal unseren Urlaub in Vasia verbringen. Das sagt eigentlich schon alles darüber wie gut uns dieses Ferientraumhaus gefällt.
Lage: herrlich ruhig am Rande eines Olivenhains;
Einrichtung: sehr geschmackvoll mit modernen Möbeln und schöner, gut ausgestatteter Einbauküche;
Garten: Paradiesgärtlein mit schönem Sitzplatz
Aussicht: über Olivenwälder auf's Meer
Unternehmungen: Faulenzen im Paradiesgärtlein, Seele baumeln lassen, Wandern, Meer, Besuch der umliegenden grösseren und kleineren Orte, gut essen (im Haus gibt es einige Empfehlungen).
Vermieter: sehr freundlich, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit
Zusammenfassung: einfach traumhaft, nur die Zeit vergeht viel zu schnell.

Besser geht's kaum

Fantastische Lage in einem malerischen kleinen Ort mit Alimentari, Restaurant und Post. Blick auf Imperia und das Meer. In 20 Minuten erreicht man die Strände von Porto Maurizio; alle anderen sehenswerten Küstenorte sind schnell über die Autobahn oder die Aurelia zu erreichen.
Besonders toll an diesem Ferienhaus: Der gepflegte Garten und die liebevolle Einrichtung vor allem der Küche - es fehlt einfach an nichts. Technische Gimmicks.
Praktisch, dass man die wesentlichsten Lebensmittel im Ort kaufen kann, ohne nach Imperia fahren zu müssen. Wenn man wirklich mal nicht wegfahren oder kochen möchte, ist das Restaurant in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht.
Absolute Ruhe ist garantiert.
