Recently renovated, excellent location - bright one bedroom suite on mountainside overlooking Okanagan Lake and downtown Kelowna. Best view and sunsets in the valley!

Minutes to all sports and entertainment including wineries, restaurants, beaches, biking, golf, orchards. 4 different area ski hills to choose from. Lots of parking for trailers and RV's. Lots of indoor storage for ski or other sports gear.

Advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 30 days before arrival, or, in the case of last minute bookings, on the day of arrival. The balance of rent is due on the day of arrival. Payment can be left in the black mailbox at the front door (upper level of the house), if we are not home when you arrive.
Fees And Taxes There are no additional fees and all taxes are included in the pricing. Longer term rates are available upon request.
RATE CHANGES – Rates are subject to change without notice.
CANCELLATIONS – 30 days notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, or reservations made less than 30 days before arrival, forfeit the full advance payment and any damage/reservation deposit.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (CAD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

The suite occupies the lower, ground level of our home and boasts many windows with a bright, eastern exposure (and view of snowy Big White).

My wife and I just had a wonderful 10-night stay. The view of Kelowna and the valley is amazing and you are close to tons of wineries, access to the highway, and downtown Kelowna itself. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Siebe and Anita were very respectful of our privacy; the suite was clean, comfortable and tidy, and is like a home away from home with everything you could need. Thanks guys. We shall return!

Very well renovated apartment that feels instantly like you're home when you look out the window and over the lake.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating but not intrusive - never heard them moving about upstairs.

If you are looking for a short getaway or are going to be in town for a couple weeks on business, this is a great place to stay instead of a hotel.

This is a beautiful suite with the most amazing view of downtown Kelowna and the lake. Day or night the view is breathtaking! Watch our for deer on the property too. :)
Anita and Siebe have created that "home away from home" ambiance and you can't help but feel so comfie and cozy in this spacious and newly decorated suite.
Everything is close by whether you walk, bike or drive. Nothing is more than a ten minute drive away. If you are looking for an affordable, modern, quiet place to stay, that is also dog friendly; this is the place for you. We will definitely be going back!

Peaceful getaway - close to many wineries

The pictures do not do the suite justice! It is a spacious and private suite with nice extra touches, like fluffy bathrobes and freshly ground coffee. My little dog was welcome too. I found the owners helpful with information on wineries, beaches, shops and the farmers' market. I would definitely recommend this property.

Absolutely Wonderful

This place is gorgeous!! Not only do you have a beautiful view of downtown Kelowna and the lake, but this suite also gives you a comfortable feel as if you were at your own home. We have travelled to Kelowna for the past 3 summers, and defintely had the most wonderful stay this time around. The home owners really decorated this place to suit the interest to any age, and the quiet nature allows you to escape the big city, but also be just a ten minute drive away. We would HIGHLY recommend staying here because of it's beautiful layout, wonderful home owners, and spacious living accomidation. We may also add that the view at night time takes your breathe away. If your looking for an affordable, quiet place to stay, this is the place for you. :)
