Nothing on the property was purchased with the thought that 'this will be good enough for our renters.' Everything in our home was hand chosen to make our lives richer. Here's our story: The summer of 2010 was the first time we offered our newly-renovated house as a rental, and we sailed to Maine. All went well and we're hoping to rent it out for 12 - 24 months starting the fall of 2013. We live and work from our home and love the location! What makes this house unique

Living on the water with a private dock makes kayaking and canoeing an easy treat. Paddle to dinner at one of several excellent riverside restaurants, or catch one of the many free concerts at Levitt Pavilion. Towering pines, cool river breezes, a heated pool, and fine fishing from the edge of the property makes our home feel like summer camp. Experience sunset as the evening cools sitting by the pool or the river's edge with a fire burning in one of the two outdoor fire places. Relax!

Look south and recognize that you're on Long Island Sound. Or discover Broadway quality shows at the Westport Country Playhouse by seeing a great play with leading American actors.
