The Space
Your stay is in a single floor duplex built in the mid- to late-70s, where you will share a wall with a quiet neighbor. We kindly ask that all guests please reciprocate that level of quiet respect. Care has been taken to update the property with modern amenities and a comfy vibe, without taking away its charm and integrity. The location is perfect for guests who want to experience budget-friendly and culturally diverse restaurants, visit OSU, visit kid-friendly attractions, or who would like a change in scenery for a quiet stay.

Living Room - Bask in the natural light on sunny days, right from the couch or wide armchair, or grab a blanket from the basket to get warm and toasty. The open space invites groups to enjoy each other's company over table-top games. Create fun memories over Uno, Connect Four, Yahtzee, Sorry!, Cards Against Humanity, Checkers, Chess, playing cards and dominoes. If you're looking to chill and lounge around, you can watch a movie on the 65-inch television from Netflix, Hulu or Disney Plus. There is also a nook for any working or creative guests who need a dedicated desk and workspace.

Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig combination dual drip and K-cup machine, a coffee grinder for complimentary whole coffee beans, French press, electric kettle, toaster, blender and Ninja air fryer. Cookware such as a roasting pan with rack, baking dishes, pizza pan, mixing bowls, disposable cutting boards, cutlery, glassware and plasticware make it easy to eat at home during your stay. The gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, double sink, dishwasher and counter space also make it convenient to cook a simple meal.

Dining Area - Comfortably seat four adults on the bistro-height dining table, where the kitchen is conveniently within easy reach. We provide a kid's table and chairs for toddlers to have their own dining space, as well as a high-chair for any infants.

Bedrooms - Each bedroom has a queen-size memory foam mattress, closet, drawers, nightstands, lamps and charging stations for your devices. Even better, you won't need to compete for the living room television. Both bedroom TVs have house accounts that allow you to stream Netflix, Hulu and Disney Plus for your viewing pleasure. Even better, these smart televisions allow you to simply mirror videos from your personal electronics, so there is no need to log in with your personal streaming accounts. For extra convenience, there are disposable "chuck pads" located in each nightstand drawer. They make for easy clean-up after accidental bedwetting or times of the month during which sheets may be stained.

Bathroom - Enjoy the massaging handheld shower head, soft cotton towels and complimentary beauty and hygiene products. We also offer diverse amenities for guests who may have forgotten their important personal items at home.

Laundry - Light travelers and travelers with children can take advantage of the full-size washer and dryer with complimentary detergent.

Parking - Parking is free and available in the rear paved driveway for up to two cars.

Pool and Poker Tables - Located in the basement, parents can steal a moment to wind down with the kids within earshot, or guests can place bets with their travel companions for bragging rights.
