Photos and Description of the Cala Murada vacation chalet rental

Our chalet has 160 m² and it is an ideal holiday home for 2 to 6 people. On the upper floor, you can find a large apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The studio on the ground floor has a separate entrance. The studio cannot be rented separately. In our chalet, you can find a completely equipped kitchen with microwaves, dish washer and washing machine. There is a dining room for 8 people, as well as a comfortable room with fireplace and digital TV. The chalet has a very quiet location and is close to the beach. It is located in a ca. 1400 m² large garden with many trees, grass and fruit trees. It has a children paddling pool, a garden barbecue and a parking place. To the flat and children friendly beach there are only 650 m and 400 m to the next supermarket. All the rooms are individually warmed and air conditioned. 2 bikes are available. Children are welcome. You can bring your pets upon request. Are you interested?

Cala Murada is a very quiet urbanization on the interesting, mountainous south-eastern coast, in a very diverse landscape. The community is located on an area of about 2 Million m², from which 1 Million m² is green space. Here you will find flat, children friendly bathing bays with covered units (showers and toilets, playgrounds, parking places, beach restaurants, etc.) Cala Murada has gained the ‚Blue Flag’ for excellent water quality many years ago and it has an exemplary offer.

Electricity (0.22 Euros/ KWh) will be charged extra. Butane gas heating is inclusive. We will bank transfer the security deposit minus the costs for the electricity usage back on your account after your departure.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer begehrten Wohngegend und ist insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet, - besonders die Küche.
Der schöne gepflegte Garten mit einer großen, schattenspendenden Palme in der Mitte, ist ein idealer Platz zum Relaxen.
Wir haben einen wunderbaren, erholsamen Urlaub verbracht und kommen daher nächstes Jahr wieder.

Es war einfach toll

Wir waren schon sehr oft auf Mallorca, aber die Unterkunft ELIZA war von der Ausstattung her die beste Unterkunft die wir hatten. Besonders die Kücheneinrichtung bzw. die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Wirklich alles da, was man brauchte und noch mehr. Das Haus war sehr sauber und besonders hervorzuheben ist die große Terrasse, und der wunderschön angelegte große Garten. Die Bucht ist klein, aber sehr schön und idyllisch gelegen. Der kleine beschauliche Ort hat am Ortseingang einen sehr gut sortierte Supermarkt.
War haben uns bestens erholt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das Haus hat eine wundervolle ruhige Lage in einer schönen Siedlung. Großes kaum einsehbares Grundstück, gut gepflegt und alles sauber!
Durch die ELW kann man sich bei größeren Gruppen gut aus dem Weg gehen. Ruhiger kleiner Strand ohne großen Tourismus. Jederzeit würde ich die Finca weiterempfehlen!
Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen!

Es war ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub. Sehr ruhig. Alle 7 waren sehr zufrieden und ausgeglichen. Das Haus bietet eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Die Umgebung und die Insel Mallorca sind sehr reizvoll. Das Restaurant neben dem Spar-Markt ist empfehlenswert.

Erholsamer Urlaub mit Kindern

Wir hatten einen schönen, entspannten Urlaub mit unseren beiden Kindern in einem gepflegten, überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattetem Haus und einem Ort ohne Massentourismus. Im März ist unbedingt ein Mietwagen zu empfehlen, da die Versorgungsmöglichkeiten vor Ort sehr begrenzt sind. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder.
