Cadboro Bay village center has all the necessities (grocery, pharmacy, pub, restaurants, and Starbucks)and is only a 5 min walk away. UVic is a 10 minute walk.

The upper living room (with HDTV/PVR/mini-stereo) and a den on each level provide several areas to relax . The upper deck offers views of the ocean over Mystic Pond, with lots of bird-life nearby. The lower deck is covered and private, making a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the yard and garden.

Victoria's great transit service make access to downtown very easy - no need to drive or park, the bus stop is 1 minute from the home. The 'southwestern style' art work throughout the house makes this property a unique and interesting place for your 'home away from home'.
Activities close to home: If you tire of making sand castles at the beach, try a sailing lesson at the nearby Royal Victoria yacht club - you may need to book ahead during the peak tourist season. Rental of kayaks and windsurfers is also possible.
Use our two bikes to cycle along the Galloping Goose trail system.
Walk through the Mystic Vale natural area and enjoy the shade of enormous cedar and Douglas fir trees.
Go for a walk, cycle, or jog along SeaView road to 10 mile point, and explore the many beach access points along the way.
Check the great viewpoints at Mt. Tolmie park, or Mt. Douglas park. (And eat lots of blackberries)
