Enjoy this magnificent 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit conveniently located Bay side Pelican on the 2nd floor, private patio with easy access to pool and lazy river. The grand master bedroom features a lovely King size bed with private master bath. A cozy Queen Size bed in the guest bedroom and set of twin bunk beds are also privately located near the guest bathroom and Queen Size sleeper sofa in the family room.

A spacious fully furnished kitchen complete with side-by-side refrigerator, equipped with ice, ultra-quiet dishwasher, oven with smooth top range and a built in microwave. The kitchen also features a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a garbage disposal. Washer and dryers are also in every unit. The unit includes 2 TVs with VCR and DVD combo. Cable Modem Internet Access in unit. This unit does not have access to the private garage.

Enjoy the view from this pleasant unit of the Emerald Coast from the luxury of your bed, or step out on the balcony with one of two 8 ft. glass sliders. Don't miss out on a vacation of a lifetime! This unit does not have access to the private garage.

Condo Resort.

I love the location of Destin west and all of the pools, the view of the bay and the crosswalk over highway 98 to visit the other pools and the beach and of coarse the exercise room with all the nice equipment.

The size of the private deck area with gas grill and table for eating and relaxing.

Owner Profile: My sister and I purchased this property because we love the clear gulf water that the fort Walton Destin area always have, and would have a great place to stay when we will have the chance to visit time to time. I have always enjoyed diving the area the past 30 years of my life and still plan for several more.
