This loft is the perfect place for a ski-loving family to spend spring break! There was plenty of room for our large group, and the bunk room was perfect for the kids.

Just a short walk to the lifts makes it easy for some to come home early and others to ski til the lifts close. With a general store and several restaurants within a 5 minute walk, we didn't need to drive anywhere throughout our entire stay.

The loft itself is exceptionally comfortable, full of luxurious, modern conveniences. Amazing kitchen bathrooms! In the evenings, we enjoyed watching movies - every room is equipped with an HD television and DVD or Bluray player - and playing some of the provided games at the large dining table.

The owners were friendly, available, and accommodating along every step of the way. We will definitely be back!

It was a great location, just a short walk to the Zephyr lift. The loft was tastefully decorated and cozy. The bedrooms were spacious. It was great having the 2 bunk beds for our three boys. The location of the loft is adjacent/above some of the hip restaurants (Cheeky Monk, Goody's) of Winter Park. It's a very happening spot, though a bit noisy until about 10pm. The balcony provided a beautiful view and the sun shined in every morning.
A few suggestions/criticisms; The loft is advertisized as having a grill. We bought a bunch of food to grill and were disappointed to find that there was no grill there. The other issue is that I had contacted the owner twice by email the week before we left and didn't hear back from her about getting there an hour early or checking out two hours later than scheduled. Prior to that she had been great about communicating and answering questions. Eventually I did call her during our stay about checking out and she called me back the next day to say it was fine to check out a couple of hours later because the loft was not booked for that night.
One suggestion I would make is to have hangers available - there were only 2 in the whole loft. And possibly a drying rack for ski stuff.

This property is perfect! Just steps to the base lifts & lessons for the kids. We had 2 families of 4 w/small children & a set of grandparents & there was plenty of room. Very family friendly with very updated amenities. If we're lucky enough, we'll be back for sure!

This loft is beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. It is spacious with a well stocked kitchen and very comfortable furnishings. It is also very convenient to the slopes and all the shops & restaurants in the village. My favorite thing to do in the early morning was to turn on the fireplace, bundle up on the sofa and watch the sunrise through the glass sliding doors to the terrace. Absolutely beautiful!

We will definitely try to reserve for any future trips to Winter Park.

title was fine...accurate description of the loft

We stayed at the Loft the first part of February. Besides the skiing conditions being perfect, we found the Loft just as wonderful. Location to the village and ski area was very good, accomodations inside were top-notch with everything we needed in the kitchen and all the rooms. The garage was also a very nice "extra" to have for our vehicle and skis. We were able to comfortably sleep 11 guests with room to spare...description of sleeping 14 is accurate! I would be remis if if I did mention that the owners were good to work with as well. We had never skied WP, so had lots of extra questions not pertaining to the Loft itself...all our quetions were answered in a kind and helpful fashion. Would recommend this location to any family wanted to be close to the lifts for lunch or rest. Enjoy!!
