LA BEST KEEP SECRET... CHARMING BEACH COTTAGE ON THE WATER!

I rented this beach house for 4 nights for my small family only me & my wife and my 9 month old baby girl .the agent her name is Romy who checked me in was very nice and tried to explain everything to us to the best of her knowledge but never mentioned that we can not get upstairs to the second level .which we found out later that we can not use because the owner only is allowed to use it (i wish that was explained to me when i was doing my reservation).anyways the first level of the house was big enough we did not really had problem with that .our stay was ok until we checked out and before we leave we did our best to leave the property in good condition we put all the used towels in the laundry basket,dumb all the trash bags to the trash cans and put it outside the house for pick up and clean the dishes and cups we used and put it in the dishwasher we did all what we can do to check out and leave the house in good shape specially our usage to the house was very light we just a small family eventhough we had some guests came in for couple of hours in the last day of our stay.few days later it was very irritating and disappointig to recieve a letter that was written with a very rude language from an agent named Robert saying that they had to hold some of my deposite for some reasons that i found really rediculous such as there was popcorn on the floor or sand by the showers .or using furniture that i was not supposed to use that belonge to the owner !!.well i think we spent at least one hour before we leave to clean up the house but im not supposed to mob your floor since you already charged me cleaning fees for that and sand by the shower that is even more irritating because the whole house in on the sand please give me a break we were just taking shwers not pouring sand into the drains!!...and finally using a funiture that im not supposed to use.i think he was talking about a a small baby chair that will hardly fit a one year old baby that i used for my daughter and i was never told that im not supposed to use it +.please give me a break.anyways you think what you think can you just write what you want in a more polite language little better than writing that the owner was generous to refund me that check or we had to pay extra to clean up what are you calling a mess and i call it very decent usage for a small family .just wanted to share my review so peaople be aware of this finally tried to call the agent named Robert to talk but he never called back

We cancelled several summer plans and rented the lovely cottage for a 3 day weekend to celebrate our son's 13th birthday. It was a great move! He had an incredible time. He had a big beach bash with his friends. He had some boys sleep over. The neighbors were wonderful. The place could not have been more charming. The location was fantastic. And the owners, Ed and Robyn were as kind and generous as one could have hoped for. We would love to do it again. We highly recommend this perfect getaway!
