Plenty of room for your family or just you. Home & cottage sleeps up to 10. Master bedroom has a beautiful hand crafted log bed, handcrafted queen log beds in the other guest rooms. There is a very comfy bunk room with custom built log beds great for the kids and adults too! The home has 2 living rooms for family privacy both with flat screen TV's. Main livingroom has a gas fireplace and windows that provide amazing view's! Boat to Dover or continue on to Sandpoint approximately 30 minutes. Sandpoint is a charming town on lake Pend Oreille with plenty of galleries, shops, restaurant & a farmers market, Visit Schweitzer Mt. for winter and summer fun! This home is very close to Priest River, Laclede, and Vay area..

About The Owner

Bruce and Kerrie Sing we've been married 33yrs and have 2 grown children who are married and 4 precious grandchildren. Both of our children had their weddings on this beautiful property. We enjoy all summer and winter activities. This area offers it all, it's amazing!

We chose this property for its natural beauty and breathtaking views. When the beauty of nature surrounds you joy and happiness abound.

What makes this house unique

This propertys was used for a trading post, cable ferry, and Indian hunting grounds. We find arrowheads, and Indian beads some times on the beachs!

The property is located in a beautiful setting on the Pend Oreille river outside of Sandpoint, Idaho. The lot is in a small inlet which is nice and has a great view looking NE across the river. There are a few neighboring houses but privacy is not an issue. The water level can be a little lower in June and water temperature/weather can still be a bit nippy until July, but it is still a great time on the water. A fire pit near the dock comes in handy on cool days. Having a boat available is a big plus for enjoying the water, which is truly some of the best available anywhere. Sea kayaks were made available by the owners and were a big hit with the kids. Overall had a great time!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Thank you so much for letting us rent your beautiful lake home. It had all the conveniences you could ask for. We truley enjoyed our stay. The only thing is we wish we could have stayed longer. The time went so quickly. The property was well kept and very spacious, boating on the river to Sandpoint is a must. The main house and cottage were adorable, even better than the pictures. Our son who was on leave from Iraq probalby appreciated more than anyone. Couldn't have picked a better place.
