There are no words for how beautiful this condo is in real life. It is tastefully decorated (no cheesy fish everywhere!) with beautiful amenities that make it both luxurious but comfortable. The 4 pools outside offer something for everyone - hot tub, adult-only pool with built-in benches, shallow pool for kids - and there is plenty of shade for those who do not want to bake in the sun all day. You do have to cross a 4-lane road to get to the beach access, but every time I went, there were only a few cars on the road.
There was a maintenance issue that was being addressed before we arrived, and David (the condo owner) texted me to let me know what was going on and arrange a time for maintenance to be there that wouldn't interrupt our stay. We also could reach out to the guard at the front desk if there were any issues, and she was very helpful for the couple of questions we had. Bella Luna is less than 5 miles from anything you could need or want (restaurants, souvenirs, grocery stores), but isn't right in the middle of everything.
If you are looking for 2 amazing, mostly non-kid restaurants in Orange Beach, go to Big Fish or Villaggio Grille (on the wharf). They are pricier than most restaurants in the area (around $40/person), but they have delicious sushi, fresh fish, and steak options. Definitely an experience for a good night with good food and wine! We also went to the National Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola, where the Blue Angels practice - look up their schedule before you go, and try to see them in action!
Overall, this property, as well as Orange Beach in general, was the perfect week-long getaway for us. We will definitely be visiting here again!
