Perfect Location in Wrightsville Beach

This place was perfect for our family. You are literally steps from the beach and from several restaurants, shops, etc. We would set up our stuff on the beach in the morning, and could come and go from the house for food, drinks, naps, sunscreen, etc. I totally underestimated the convenience of the close location, even above houses just a block or two from the beach.
The house gives you all the flexibility you want. We ate most lunches at the house, ate out most nights but even had one nice dinner at home with plenty of space and cookware/utensils to do so. We brought toys, fishing gear, chairs, etc. and could bring them to the beach when we wanted and then keep them under the house when we weren't using them. You get the logistical benefit of being on the water without the expense.
The only thing to consider when looking at this house is whether or not you want to be on Wrightsville Beach. It's pretty busy, but mostly houses/duplexes versus large condo's and hotels so not too busy.
