When you are staying here at the beach house called Coconut you will be just steps from the waters edge and with Beach Access as simple as walking out the front door...you will find it hard to ever leave this new found paradise. You have a 180` view of some of the most beautiful Texas Coastline along with the breath taking experience of a morning sunrise over the open waters. One of Coconut's many features is the tremendous amount of outdoor living space it has. The interior of Coconut is just as well thought out as the exterior. The house is well taken care of and full of love that makes you feel so welcomed and at home. The house has 2 fridges, 2 dinning room tables, buffet table, electric fireplace, BBQ pit, Wheelchair accessible ramps, and so much more.
Further Details: The Main Level Deck also has a ramp walkover attached directly to it , so accessing the beach has never been easier for wheelchairs or a wagon full of toys and children. The Upper Level deck is a private balcony for 2 of the upstairs bedrooms with one of them being the master. Then you have a 4th outdoor seating area at the end of the walk over. This is a wonderful spot to watch the kids while they play in the beach or to enjoy an early morning cup of coffee.
Safari is just as well thought out on the inside as it is on the outside. The house has two Dining Room Tables, Buffet Table, Breakfast Bar and a 2nd Refrigerator in the Kitchen/Dining Room area. The kitchen has all the basics and even has a pantry for storing extra food and drinks. The living room offers plenty of seating around the Flat Screen TV with Satellite and DVD. There is also a wonderfully charming electric fireplace that has an optional heater. So even if it is 80` outside you can still enjoy the warm glow of a fire.
The whole house is beautifully decorated with safari inspired decor and is filled with so much love by the owners that you feel nothing but welcomed and at home here at Safari.
