This Gulf Drive private home has a private pool, large kitchen, eat-in dining area with breakfast bar, ceramic tiled living room with a queen sleeper sofa, full size washer and dryer, 47” flat screen TV on 1st floor, 3.5 bathrooms, and large 3rd floor bonus room with 55' TV, wet bar, mini fridge, 1/2 bath, 2 futons & sleeper sofa. . There is a 2nd floor balcony and 3rd floor large deck for plenty of room for large groups and great views of the beach and Gulf. Master bedroom has a large bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and balcony with beach & Gulf views. Large 3rd floor bonus room leads to the large 3rd floor deck.

The bonus room has lots of windows to enjoy the views from inside as well. This gorgeous beach home is a short walk to Schooners (The Last Local Beach Club) and St. Andrews State Park. We stayed here October last year and will contacting you again this year for the Thunder Beach M/C Rally. Furnishings were great and owner was very easy to work with. Sunsets from up top or down on the beach were perfect. Schooners has always been a favorite hangout and it was nice to walk down at the end of the day!
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Family Time

We stayed the week of new years 31st-7th. This rental is great, plenty of room for all. The bonus room is nice with the balcony over looking the gulf. My husband and I had the master and the view from that balcony is just as good. Everyone used the shower master because it was big. The street it is on is very quiet and dead end on both ends, so not a lot of traffic and just across the street from beach access. We stayed with my parents, son and his girlfriend and my nephew just to have some family time. Would stay again and recommend to anyone.

Great home by the beach

We really enjoyed our one week stay at Brian's beach home over Christmas break. Brian was easy to work with, the home was in good order, and everything was as listed.

Highlights:
-The decks; Gorgeous, huge deck overlooking the ocean on 3rd floor and smaller deck outside master bedroom.
-Big 55 inch TV on the top floor (we call it the TV room)
-Spacious house and bedrooms, nice kitchen, comfortable beds
-Location is very convenient to St Andrews Park and everything you would need in PCB
-Private pool (too cold for us to use though in the winter)

Overall, I would defintely recommend this house if you are looking for a comfortable place in PCB right near the beach.

(Note - I would not recommend this home for people over 55 that might have a hard time climbing stairs.)
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
