My partner, Nick, and I are born and raised Yukoners and currently reside in its capital, Whitehorse. Oddly enough, we met and fell in love in Kelowna! I was completing my degree and UBC Okanagan and Nick was working for a large contracting company. We are engaged and had our first child, a daughter we named Ever, in March of this year!
Nick and I love to golf, snowboard, walk, hike, bike, lay on the beach and so on... Kelowna (and the Yukon) are perfect places to enjoy all of these activities.
Please let me know how we can make your stay in Kelowna comfortable!
Nick and I met in Kelowna and love to visit and play in the area when we can. Before moving back to the Yukon, we lived in the Black Mountain area of Kelowna. Since we knew we didn't want to disconnect from Kelowna entirely, we decided it would be a good option for us to downsize and buy a property in a more central, convenient location. Hence, we ended up buying this condo in the summer of 2013.
We knew we wanted a condo in this location from the get-go. Kelowna's downtown and cultural district is amazing - there is something for everyone within walking distance. Personally, we love the restaurants, the beach walks and the close proximity to hiking at Knox Mountain. We looked at several options before settling on this clean, bright and beautiful condo! The Sunset Waterfront Resort also offers a number of amenities such as a fitness centre, hot tubs and pools that were just too enticing to pass up.
