please let owner know that when you turn the microwave on it makes a very loud noise like it is going to blow up any minute.

also as the unit is near the stairwell and unit's only bedroom window, it is very noisey.

Overall, the property looks ok, but a bit outdated. The furniture looks old and not very clean. The internet is pretty slow. There's no air conditioning.
On the other hand, view from lanai is great. When we stayed there, spinner dolphins played right in front of us in the morning for two days in a row.
