The three sisters and their brother bought this beautiful piece of property after our mother passed away in 2007. We wanted a gathering place for our families now that mom was gone (we always gathered at her home).
Absolutely beautifully built cabin on a spectacular building site- where Spruce Creek empties into the Moyie River. Nothing around compares to this place!
Relaxing- privacy- serenity- beauty!
As you leave Bonners Ferry and travel north on Highway 95, you will view the gorgeous Kootenai River Valley. Continuing north, you will view the beautiful forests and snow-capped Selkirk range to your west, and the Cabinet and Purcell Mountain Ranges to the east. Our cabin is located near Good Grief- population 1! Our cabin is down the road- totally SECLUDED with no one else in sight. Everyone that comes says the same thing: 'Wow, no wonder you love it so much here!' The setting is surreal- our cabin sits right on the Moyie River with views of the mountains all around us. When the train passes by, the silence is broken by its whistle echoing off the surrounding mountain walls. Great fishing, hiking, kayaking, and total relaxation- what a vacation!
