And even the hall bunks are cozy & comfortable and have an adjacent half bathroom next to the laundry room. The 12-foot ceilings, dark hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen & granite countertops make everything about your stay inviting. Entertaining is a pleasure with bar seating, a dining table with seating for 6, a comfortable living room with extra seating and a covered deck that can be enjoyed day and night. There are plenty of hooks for towels, bags & keys as well as walk-in closets and bathroom storage for all your personal belongings.

**There are two condo buildings at Redfish Village (M1 sits in parking lot by commercial buildings, M2 sits next to the pool & lake). This property, M2-228, is in the building located between the Pools & Scenic Hwy 30A, at the lake end of the building, so there are exceptional views from both the front balcony & the private covered deck.**

About Jessica Cluff

We live in Franklin, TN and like many of you, we head to 30A whenever we get a chance. It's become our family's home away from home. We're so excited for our friends old & new to enjoy our Redfish Village home as much as we do.

Why Jessica Cluff chose Blue Mountain Beach

This is the ideal spot for a beach vacation, close to the water in a quiet area, one of the few places with heated pools, and easy access to all the incredible restaurants & boutiques along 30A. There are no crowds on the beach like in other areas on 30A, and the water is usually calmer here, plus the golf course is just minutes away. It really is the best place to be - we absolutely love it.

What makes this condo unique

We love being in the heart of 30A...just a skip away from our favorite restaurants at Grayton Beach, fun events, shops & dining in Seaside & Rosemary, but with the comforts of home in a friendly community. We've never eaten at a restaurant on 30A we didn't love, and we're still close enough to Destin to enjoy shopping, movies & water activities. It's also a straight shot in from Hwy 331, so we've never had a problem with traffic & we love having the brand new Publix & Walmart right down the street, as well as the local markets right here in Blue Mountain and Grayton.

If you are looking for a great place to stay this is the condo for you! This condo was absoulutely beautiful just as it is described on the site. This place has everything ready for you to help you enjoy your stay. Don't worry about packing your beach chairs and towels...they have them waiting for you. Then when you are ready to head to the beach...it is a short walk or they have a complimentary shuttle that takes you to a beautiful private beach access. The beach access also has private restrooms. I would highly recommend this condo and Jessica was an absoulute pleasure to work with throughout the rental process! Two thumbs up!

This condo is fantastic. The owners have thought of everything that you could possibly need for a beach vacation. This unit is in a perfect location at the top of the steps from the pool or parking garage. We never needed to use the elevator. Redfish Village is emaculate and well-maintained. It is a very short walk to the beach access which is also well-maintained.

The owners definitely take pride in the ownership of this unit. They are very organized and respond quickly to inquires. You will not be disappointed with this rental.

Gorgeous Condo with all the details

We decided to go on Spring Break last minute. The condo owners were more than happy to help us so quickly. We were overwhelmed by the condo. The decor & countless details made our stay amazing. Redfish Village is a beautiful area. The pool was heated-our small children were very happy about that (not to mention an ice cream shop across the street). We liked having access to wifi and convenient parking (just below unit). Would recommend this condo to anyone.

Perfect Vacation!

What a fabulous condo! We were so pleased to arrive to such a new and beautifully decorated home. It was much bigger than we expected and even more beautiful than the pictures. The kitchen is state of the art and all of the special features have obviously been thought through with the highest quality in mind. The bedrooms and private baths were huge and, after a long day in the sun, the beds were dreamy. Our son even loved having his own bunk-bed "hide-away". You really thought of everything!
We loved the pool, the outdoor Viking grills, the accessibility to the beach and all that comes with this property. We especially enjoyed the walk to the beach with stops at Blue Mountain Creamy for homemade ice cream. The private access to the beach is wonderful and the beach is quiet and beautiful.
We are already planning a trip back and will book this condo again if there's any availability, which, in my opinion, will be hard to get once the word gets out.

Beautiful condo, great property!

Everything was just as described and the owner's were a pleasure to work with. I always prefer dealing with the condo owner than a rental agency and this is the reason, and it saves you money just as in this case. The condo was beautifully decorated, especially compared to the others I saw on VRBO in this same complex. The complex was extremely nice with all the amenities and very convenient to everything on 30A. You will not find a better value on 30A!
