And even the hall bunks are cozy & comfortable and have an adjacent half bathroom next to the laundry room. The 12-foot ceilings, dark hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen & granite countertops make everything about your stay inviting. Entertaining is a pleasure with bar seating, a dining table with seating for 6, a comfortable living room with extra seating and a covered deck that can be enjoyed day and night. There are plenty of hooks for towels, bags & keys as well as walk-in closets and bathroom storage for all your personal belongings.

About Jessica Cluff

We live in Franklin, TN and like many of you, we head to 30A whenever we get a chance. It's become our family's home away from home. We're so excited for our friends old & new to enjoy our Redfish Village home as much as we do.

Why Jessica Cluff chose Blue Mountain Beach

This is the ideal spot for a beach vacation, close to the water in a quiet area, one of the few places with heated pools, and easy access to all the incredible restaurants & boutiques along 30A. Blue Mountain Beach is a largely residential beach community, so it is not as crowded as many of the other beach towns along 30A, but you are central to everything there is to enjoy about this beautiful coast. Plus, the golf course is just minutes away. It really is the best place to be - we absolutely love it.

What makes this condo unique

We love being in the heart of 30A...just a skip away from our favorite restaurants at Grayton Beach, fun events, shops & dining in Seaside & Rosemary, but with the comforts of home in a friendly community. We've never eaten at a restaurant on 30A we didn't love, and we're still close enough to Sandestin to enjoy shopping, movies & water activities. It's also a straight shot in from Hwy 331, so we've never had a problem with traffic & we love having the brand new Publix & Walmart right down the street, as well as the local markets right here in Blue Mountain and Grayton.

We absolutely loved 228, the unit was very clean & it was stocked with everything we could ever need, even spices in the cabinet & unbreakable tableware for the kids. The water was great at the beach this week, and we spent a lot of time in the pools - It was so nice to have all the beach gear here already, and the kids loved riding the shuttle to the beach. Thanks for a great stay, we LOVED the covered deck - we'll be back!

Treasured Time

We treasured every minute of our time in Red Fish Village!!

Jessica was on top of making sure we were prepared with all we needed before arriving:) She was such a pleasure to work with! And then when we got there we were so impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and just how beautiful it is!! I love the decor!! The colors are so relaxing and the layout of the condo was perfect!! We enjoyed watching the final four in basketball and then the Masters while we were there. We were truly able to relax after long bike rides, days at the beach and swimming in the pool. (Netflix was also great!)

We also loved being on the 2nd floor. Just a short walk down to the garage and we were ready to ride our bikes. Soo convenient!!! The ease of this condo just made our stay perfect!! Thank you!! Can't wait to come back!!

Spring Break Excellence!

Redfish Village has become our favorite family vacation spot. We go here at least 1 time a year and sometimes multiple times per year. We usually rent one of the larger units to accommodate more people. However, this trip we weren't travelling with as many family members so we chose a smaller unit. This one suited us perfectly. As other reviewers have mentioned, the unit is appointed very well with everything one would need from a condo. From towels (even large beach towels) to chairs, water toys, kitchen supplies, and HDTV.

The best part of the stay was how the owners worked with us. They accommodated some special requests and that helped us greatly. They met our requests and then some. We would highly recommend renting from these owners and you won't be disappointed with the unit. It is top notch!

Thanks to the owners for making our family Spring Break get-a-way a perfect trip.

This is our first stay at Redfish although we are quite familiar with the area. Our condo was as lovely as the pictures online show and quite clean and comfortable too. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Loved the dishes! Also, it was nice to have king beds in both bedrooms as well as large private bathrooms and walk-in closets for storage. It certainly is handy to have a washer and dryer as well as a half bath. All the special touches throughout make you feel right at home the moment you walk through the door. My favorite spot was the porch which was sunny much of the time and protected from the wind. The comfortable seating made it a nice spot to read or relax. It is decorated so nicely and loved the decorative lights at night. Jessica was so helpful and prompt in handling all the arrangements. We already plan to return next year. Redfish Village is a great place to stay with its convenient location on 30A and near the beach at Blue Mountain. The owner's lounge, workout room, hot tub, swimming pool, and grounds are well maintained by an attentive staff of workers.

CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR'S AT THE BEACH

WE SPENT 2 WEEKS FOR THE CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR HOLIDAY IN M2-228. THE CONDO WAS SPOTLESS & BEAUTIFULLY FURNISHED & THE KITCHEN WAS WELL EQUIPPED FOR OUR HOLIDAY COOKING. OUR STAY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER & WE LOOK FORWARD TO RETURNING. THE CONDO WAS SO WELL DONE IN EVERY AREA. GREAT BEDS & EXTRAS I HAVE NOT FOUND IN OTHER CONDOS. JESSICA WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR QUESTIONS & HELPFUL IN EVERYWAY. THANKS SO MUCH FOR LETTING US ENJOY YOUR "BEAUTIFUL BEACH HOME".

We had a wonderful stay at Redfish Village this month. The accommodations were exactly as described on the web site. Close proximity to the beach and the activity along 30A. The location was quiet and peaceful at night. We would definitely return and stay there again.
