The home was found to be as shown in the photo's. The pool and spa were very inviting as was the lovely yard. The property was clean and well maintained. The owners were extremely helpful.
In this area of Catherdral City there are not a lot of dinning establishments, which didn't bother us, but might be a problem for some. The grocery store was close at hand and had a fresh meat counter, so that was all we really needed.
The winds at times could be very strong and along with that came a lot of sand/dust. There are many dogs in the area and some bark almost non stop when they are left outside.
The only one complaint we have is with the rental agreement as it states "Landlord agrees to return the security deposit, less any tenant payable expenses, by mail to the tenant with 5 (5) business days after departure date. I suppose it should read to include the wait time for the hydro/electric bills as our return of monies was deposited back to our account was April 15th, 2013, being 15 days after the date of departure.
We would recommend this property, just be aware of those minor concerns we had.

Owner's Response: We did E Mail the tenant and advise that we were waiting for the billing cycle to come around and bills prepared.
I will change the Rental Agreement for Monthly Rentals Highlighting this fact. to say in these cases it will take as long as 15 days
Our aim was to be as accurate and fair as possible .
