Norway Lake

Our family stay on Norway Lake was as we expected for a lakeside camp. The house was furnished with old, tired furniture both indoors and out, but both were useable. The house was clean. Views of sunrise on the lake and the numerous loon sightings helped make up for the lack of comfort. Cooking items were well stocked, but storage was minimal for a week's groceries. (We wanted as much lake time as possible so running to the store daily wasn't in the plans). Bedrooms in the basement held a musty, dank smell which was only minimally helped by the dehumidifier. We would suggest some sort of air filter.
A pontoon boat rental from near by marina was a plus. It fit across the top of the T dock. Home provided kayak and canoe and some swim toys which we augmented successfully.
As we were from near by we didn't explore much. Lake time was our goal and we were not disappointed. Pictures supplied by owner are accurate. We would return especially if cushions for furniture were improved or replaced.
Owner's Response: New sofa in the living room and a comfy lounger for napping or watching TV are new additions this year, new furniture in the downstairs sitting room for watching TV also. Water toys were stored downstairs so those have been put out, and we've added an air purifier as requested, no more damp smells! There are 6 cabinets and two refrigerators, plenty of room for food storage!
