POPULAR BEACH PALMS IN INDIAN SHORES 3BR 2BA UPDATED CONDO

The condo was wonderful and in a great venue. The beach was right outside our door. Restuarants were excellent. everything we needed was provided. Our deposit was promptly returned. Thanks Jeff & Susan.

We enjoyed our stay at this unit immensely and are planning on staying there again! What you see in the photos is what you have when arriving. This property is well maintained and Jeff was so easy to work with and very efficient with the whole process. He also was very very friendly and always answered any phone call or question you had! I would recommend this property to friends and family! Our favorite restaurants are in order Salt Rock.... Guppy's....Crabby Bill's.... and JD's for live music and dancing! If you have a cool day Tarpon Springs is great place to go to for Greek dining and hand made soaps , your bath sponges, and plenty of other little shops. Of course Tampa Hard Rock is always fun and John's pass has some nice little boutiques and the typical souvenir shops with restaurants. To be honest if you don't want to do any of these things and just want a home atmosphere to just kick back and relax Jeff and Susan's home is the perfect place to be! They have also put a few little framed pictures of their family in there home which I enjoyed because it put a face with the voice and to me was very welcoming! I hope this has helped anyone that is looking for a nice place to stay with very friendly people to work with. (P.S. they are also doing upgrades to this unit and that is always good to know and see)

We spent Thanksgiving week at the condo (husband, wife, and three daughters). Great location. The complex is right on the waterfront. Really an idea size complex. Big enough to have a pool, parking, etc. But not too big.

The unit is really nicely furnished. Very comfortable for the 5 of us. Everything is up to date and works. Made it easy to feel at home. It's also a nice section of the beach. Great beach combing. And there are plenty of local restaurants and attractions close. We explored a bit, and some areas were too tourist oriented, and others not enough. This was "just right". ;-)

Finally, working with the owners was great. They provided us all the info we needed and were very welcoming. The self check in and check out process was great. And they got us our deposit check promptly, all with great communication.

We'd definitely recommend and look forward to a future visit.
