Stunning luxury house with fantastic unobstructed views of the slopes. The spacious house has all the amenities including new hot tub, free wifi, garage, spacious balcony with BBQ, fireplace, game room, pool/ping pong table, new 55' LED TV and new washer/dryer.

The prime location leaves you minutes from three world class ski resorts.

2min drive to Deer Valley Resort, 6min drive to Park City Resort and 12mins to The Canyons. A convenient bus stop with free access to all three resorts and downtown Park City is only a five minute walk. You do not need a car to enjoy all that the area has to offer when you stay here.

A welcoming package will await you upon arrival and provide you with necessities such as coffee, instructions, coupons and information about the area. The whole house is professionally cleaned ($200 surcharge per visit) and sheets and towels are washed prior to your arrival. We look forward to accommodate you.

Area Description

Deer Valley is full of activities and a beautiful place to visit, whether it is winter, spring, summer or fall. The old mining town is best known for having three world-class ski resort and 'The best snow on Earth'. (It is no coincidence that they hosted much of the 2002 Winter Olympics) There is, however, a great deal more to the area than skiing. The slopes turn into premium mountain biking facilities during the summer and you can enjoy great hiking and fishing year around. Deer Valley and Park City also enjoys a rich cultural life with the world famous Sundance Festival, Jazz festival and outdoor concerts. This is a great place to be.

We very much enjoyed our stay for President's Week. The home is laid out well for two families, with a beautiful large kitchen and family room. We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen as we like to cook big meals at home! We had two families wity four children and it was large enough so that we were not all crawling all over each other. There is a game room on the central level that kept the kids entertained for hours. The location is excellent and is about a 15 minute walk to Snow Park/Skiing or a short 3 minute drive, making for easy drop off of the kids at ski school. The owners and local manager are all very accomodating and allowed us to move in early on Saturday morning, which was a big help.I would highly recommend this home for your stay in lower Deer Valley!

Owners were great to work with and very accommodating. House was huge - plenty of room for everyone...especially loved the kitchen and family room area.

House is super close to Deer Valley's Snowpark lodge (less than 5 min drive) and also very close to Main Street.

The accomadations were perfect, clean house, lots of relaxing room, and first class treatment from the owners all the way. I could not be more happy with my choice to rent from Simon and Kim. We will definitely be back !

While our vacation plans in Park City did not ultimately allow us to stay at this house, it was definitely our first choice. The owner was absolutely a dream to work with. She was very professional, accomodating, helpful and responded to all emails very quickly. I would highly recommend this house to others and we will be keeping it on our list for future ski trips.
