Luxury 6-bedrooms villa. Located in a security-gated property, in the south of the island. A brand-new villa, one of the most beautiful of Sint Maarten.Two large living-rooms with pool table; French interior decoration. Fantastic view on the sea, St Barth, Nevis, Statia from each part of the house. 5 minutes walking from the little beach below. Perfectly quiet, in a large and beautiful tropical garden. Very close to the nice marina and bay of Oyster Pond : yachting, ferry to St Barth,and 5 miles from famous Orient bay ,(looking like St Tropez's beaches).
