Welcome to our elegant and beautiful home! Nestled in the Henderson neighborhood just outside of Las Vegas, this house is perfect for group getaway.

Take a short trip to the famous LV Strip or enjoy our outdoor furniture, pool, jacuzzi, and firepit in our private backyard. This home boasts 2,330 sq feet living space, modern furnishings, Smart TV and more!

The Space:
When we purchased this property, we fell in love with its potential. To be able to kick back and enjoy Vegas without having to be in the chaos, but you still want to have that Vegas feel.

We put a lot of thought, heart, and money into this house to completely renovate it from flooring to cabinets, counters and that sexy shower in the primary suite. We wanted you to feel modern and feel like this place is meant for you.

We put in a jacuzzi so you could enjoy the cold weather months, and the pool of course is amazing in the Vegas summers - you won't want to get out. We hope you enjoy staying here as much as we enjoyed creating it for you!

This home is a single level four bedroom with no stairs.

The pool is not heated, but the jacuzzi is and is available year around at no additional charge.

Loaner Car Rental is available and can be dropped off at the property for your stay. Cadillac Escalade Seats 7-8 people. Send us a message for pricing.

Disappointed

I was pretty disappointed with our experience from the very first hour after I booked the house. I received an off-putting email making me feel like a criminal with so many rules (understandable) and negative scolding, chastising remarks (never have I ever seen anything like this - and we use VRBO several times a year). I considered canceling right then. I received more similar emails leading up to the trip, and although the Las Vegas market must be tricky for owners, this was honestly so over the top. Upon arrival, I was disappointed in the state of the home. The floor felt dirty when walking on it, there were beds without sheets or blankets, several broken items and most notably the hot tub (which was a HUGE selling point for us) wasn’t working correctly. I did NOT want to reach out to the owner based on the communication by email, as I didn’t want to be scolded. I will also say that the neighborhood felt less sage than I would have liked, though everything ended up fine.
