Good Lake Okeechobee Fishing Trip

We rented this residence to use as our base for a bass fishing trip on Lake Okeechobee.
It was perfect for our needs. It is one a very large lot with Taylor Creek as the backdrop.
The home has an attached garage with a screened breezeway between the mobile home and the garage. It was a great place to gather and tell tall tales about our fishing experience of the day.
The big ramp at Kissimee River is only 10 minutes or so away. The Harney Pond ramp is about 25 minutes away and we even went down to Slims Fish Camp on the south side of the lake which was about 50 minutes away.
Also, Wal Mart is only about 5 minutes away.
The owners are very accommodating and the rental feels like a home, not a rental.
Being a trailer, it isn't that sound proof. So if you have a snorer in the crowd they can sleep on the futon in the living room:-)
You can park two boats in the driveway side by side, which we did each night.
After reviewing the other properties around the Big O, this home is one of the nicer ones currently available and I would highly recommend it.

Owner's Response: Thank you William. We are so glad you had a great time!!! We had to laugh when we read about the snoorer. We too have put them in the living room or better yet, the couch on the enclosed porch. LOL
