Central A/C & heat. Close to Gretna parade route with lots of off street parking.

All the excitement the Big Easy has to offer is just a ten minute drive from this house. Explore the heart of the city or nearby attractions like Harrah's Casino, St. Louis Cathedral, the French Quarter, the Riverwalk Marketplace and Bourbon Street.

Being just outside of downtown, but just a short distance, we have a rate that is very competitive with downtown hotels. Added to that value are no charge for parking (saving $30 per day compared to downtown).

Great Location, Lovely Home!

My family just finished a cruise to Mexico that originated and returned to the Port of New Orleans. We wanted to take a couple of days to relax in New Orleans before driving home to Kentucky and rented this little jewel for a couple of days after the cruise.

The house was immaculate. Easily accommodated my family of eight! It was close to shopping centers, grocery stores and restaurants. Best of all, we wanted to take the kids to see the bayou and were only fifteen minutes from Jean Lafitte Preserve and less than 10 minutes from the French Quarter.

The kids took advantage of the wifi connection and adults gathered around the table to play games in the evening. After long days of sightseeing, it was nice to be able to return to this comfy and inviting house in the evenings. Beds were super comfortable!

The price was great and we had plenty of cooking utensils to be able to fix a huge pot of spaghetti and meatballs for dinner which was really good after eating buffet food for a week. And thank you, thank you, thank you for having a good supply of coffee available!

Looking forward to visiting again without taking all the kids and grandkids!

We went to NOLA for new years eve! we stayed in this grat house at Gretna (not too far to New Orleans by CAR).
Very clean! we felt like home.

Perfect!

We've been there for Thanksgiving week with our 3 children and my parents. It was just perfect! This house is very clean and just a few minutes from everything. The owner is living next door and when we sent him an email for some possible improvements for the next renters he was at our door two hours later with everything we mentionned!
This house is not really big but large enough when you just come there to eat and sleep. The access to the garden is really great also with children.
House is super clean and Tony is the best!
Nous recommendons complètement cette location. Absolument rien à redire!

Wonderful place for the price! Easy bus/taxi ride

This was a very cute, clean, and well-renovated place. Priced well below other homes in NOLA, it provided an outstanding value. We had seven people stay for five nights, and although it was a little packed at times, the fact that everyone was in and out at different times made it work well for us. The walls are a little thin, so sound travels throughout the house easily. We weren't extremely excited about the neighborhood, but the bus stop is four blocks away, and the Jefferson Parish transit system has busses going directly to the city every 30-60 min. It is one of the first exits after you cross the bridge, so taxi rides home were not very expensive. Overall, as mentioned, a great value. Tony was very helpful afterwards with our needs in terms of invoices, too.

Charm and Cozy

I went for 2 days to New Orleans, and this house is the perfect place, feel like home when you need to rest after visiting the city. Everything that you need is in there, so clean, so warm, so cute, just bake a cake . You feel welcome and pleased.
I have to return some day and I hope to stay again. I'm a very detail person, the management, take care of the most minimum detail in this beautiful house, spotless sheets and towels, WI-fi, cleaning products, coffee, water bottles, washer and dryer,etc . The location is just awesome, close to everything, pharmacies, restaurants, fast food, etc and the most important New Orleans downtown with all tourist spots around. If you want to have a wonderful time at New Orleans with your family this is the best place to stay. Thanks to Tony the Manager, and his wife for everything. Good luck.
