Fully furnished 2bed/2bath vacation villa in a fabulous adult resort community in Del Web's Sun City Grand. Beautiful south facing, sunny back yard with large patio and barbeque. Master bedroom with king size bed, 32' TV, walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen bed and a 27' TV. The great room is an open plan and has a 48' TV. The kitchen has granite counter tops with bay window, with tile floors everywhere except the bedrooms which are carpeted. Bundle Cox TV and high speed wireless internet for your notebook, iPad. Linens/towels/bedding/dishes/laundry are all provided. Located close to golfing, shopping, restaurants, banking, drug store and entertainment.

This resort has 2 large outdoor pools, and one indoor pool with 3 hot tubs and a day spa open 7 days a week. Also has 2 splendid universal gyms with personal trainers, pickle ball, tennis, bocce ball, lawn bowling and 4 championship golf courses. Guests receive free access to the spas and owner golf rates of $41 with the purchase of a $125 rec pass. Come and be prepared to pamper yourself!
