This unit can definitely be recommended. The realtor was truly professional, the house was clean and in very good shape. Our three kids (5, 10 and 12 years old) enjoyed every minute. Really nice pool (heated). All beds were comfortable. We could ride the bicycles to the beach in 10-15 minutes. Marco Island is a relaxed and beautiful place. We would easily return to 1955 San Marco Rd : )

We really liked this house; we were there for five weeks: The layout was perfect for us to have guests and/or to be there without guests. The location is convenient for walking to a shopping center and it has quiet streets behind the house to walk for pleasure. The burrowing owls were a treat! We worried that the street would be too busy but it was not at all an issue. The owners make the house a very convenient one for renting since they supply commodities like linens, cleaning supplies, light bulbs, etc. (We loved having toilet tissue in the bathrooms when we arrived.) Having bicycles with helmets was a plus. We could go on....

We had an terrific stay from check-in to departure, both of which were incredibly easy. Due to having a pet, this was our first Marco Island stay off of the beach. It turned out to be great. I found the property to be just as advertised. It was very comfortable and clean. It had all the amenities we needed. While the neighbors were close, landscaping allowed for privacy. Having said that, we did meet several neighbors and they were all very friendly. The pool was great for lounging around and getting some sun. It was also large enough to get some exercise swimming. We brought our own bikes, but the bikes supplied by the owner were very nice. For activities, we spend more time in the Everglades than we do on Marco Island, so the location on the edge of town was very convenient. It was easy to dine on Marco or head to one of the more relaxed local pubs on Goodland. We also found Camellia Street Grill in Everglades City and the Havana Cafe in Chokoloskee to have very good food in relaxed dining environments. I have no problem in recommending this property to others.

My family and I stayed for a week. The home was perfect, it had everything you could possibly need, it was very clean. The house was big and the pool was AWESOME...we loved it!! The house is very convenient to everything..you could walk to or ride the bikes they provide for you. Publix is right by you so that made shopping easy. We love Marco Island and have stayed in a resort on the ocean before and this was by far the best way to go..the kids loved having their own private pool and it was very convenient and less stress. We will definitely be back!
