Come relax in this oceanside rental just 6 houses from the beach on a dead end street. Never have to cross a street to get to the life guarded beach. Surfing allowed at this beach. Private surf lessons available by near by Brighton Beach Surf Shop.

Walk to restaurants. Walk to movie theatre. Walk to grocery store.

House completely remodeled inside and out in 2011. Granite counters in new kitchen with new appliances including dishwasher. Central air throughout. Covered deck, BBQ grill, outside shower, washing machine & clothes line.

Kitchen has coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, plates, utensils etc. 42' HD flat screen TV with cable and complimentary Netflix. Sleeps 6-7.

6 Beach Badges included.

Please note:

Renters will need to bring thier own towels and linens.

This is a NON SMOKING, NO PETS rental.

Great beach house. Completely updated, clean, and so close to the beach. Owners are extremely nice and have thought of everything for renters. Highly recommend this house.
