On the first floor immerse yourself in the luxury of your own indoor plunge pool or relish in the relaxation of the private hot tub on the deck. Winding down for the evening? enjoy the cozy media room where you and your family can gather to watch your favorite movie or game.

On the main level enjoy the modern fully stocked kitchen, you'll find everything needed to make delicious meals to share in your luxurious cabin rental. If you're in the mood for something different, the grill outside offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy a fun mountain cookout before heading out to explore the Smoky Mountains. Time to rest from a long day the beautiful King bedroom with a private bathroom is available on this level as well.

Upstairs on the third floor, the fun continues. Gather the family for a fun pool tournament on the slate pool table or compete together in a cornhole match out on the deck. This level also sports a TV in the game room for your pleasure as well as a full video game. When it's time for the kids to wind down the bunk room is located on the third floor as well.

Once you're ready to rest, you can look forward to sleeping in one of the two bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart Roku television. The king-sized bedroom sits on the main level and offers a private bath. Send the kids upstairs to find the 2nd bedroom equipped with a twin over full bunk bed and their own private bathroom. More family joining the fun? There is also a queen pull-out sofa bed available downstairs with their own private bathroom as well.

"Dollywood Delights" accommodates up to seven guests, creating the perfect destination for a small family vacation or getaway with friends in the beautiful Smoky Mountains.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

With a short drive, you and the others will find yourselves in downtown Pigeon Forge, where you can play all day at top attractions like Dollywood, the Titanic Museum, and The Island, among other options. When not enjoying these favorites, the many live shows, shopping options, and activities will keep the group entertained daily.

Nestled in the mountains, your rental also puts you close to everything that makes Gatlinburg fun to visit. Spend the day playing at Ober Mountain or visit the Gatlinburg Space Needle. If you love nature, you can't go wrong with visiting the Great Smoky Mountains National Park or a fun drive through Wears Valley before returning home.


ACCESS

For your convenience and security, entry to this property is facilitated through a Door Code system. Check-in details including property location and access instructions will be sent at 10 AM on your scheduled check in date, and the code will be delivered both via text, if your phone number is on file, and through the channel messenger at 4 PM. This guarantees a smooth arrival process, ensuring your entry to the property.

TRANSIT

Guests have full access to the property, including the outdoor firepit area and the hot tub on the back deck. Enjoy the freedom to come and go as you please without any hassle.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

Our dedicated staff is available to assist you throughout your stay from 8 AM to 8 PM. Rest assured, you and your party will have exclusive access to the entire residence during your time here.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

This property is equipped with essential cooking utensils and a convenient coffee maker for your convenience.

Linens/Toiletries/Soaps: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.

Pool Cleaning/Maintenance: Our pool cleaning team will require access to the cabin twice a week for pool maintenance. Your presence is not necessary during these maintenance sessions. We kindly request that you ensure all pets are crated during this time.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

While this cabin is easily accessible and usually doesn't require 4WD, it's advisable to have 4WD in case of inclement weather.
HOUSE RULES & POLICIES

Booking Confirmation Procedure:
Person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest.”
• Booking Guest must be 21 or older and submit government-issued ID to confirm age within 24 hours of making reservation (obscure your ID#)
• Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making reservation
• Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed)
• Payment must be completed at the time of booking. If payment does not go through within 72 hours, we will cancel the reservation. The name on the card used for payment must match the name of the guest on the reservation.

Heated Indoor Pool: Our cabin features a private indoor pool that is heated for your enjoyment. The pool's temperature is carefully maintained between 80 and 84 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring a comfortable swimming experience throughout your stay.

Pool Cleaning/Maintenance: Our pool cleaning team will require access to the cabin twice a week for pool maintenance. Your presence is not necessary during these maintenance sessions. We kindly request that you ensure all pets are crated during this time.

Quiet Hours: We kindly request that all guests observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. During this time, we ask for your cooperation in keeping noise levels to a minimum out of respect for other guests and neighbors. This home is equipped with a noise detector that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, and temperature) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.

No Smoking Indoors: We have a strict no-smoking policy indoors. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas away from windows and doors. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and avoid littering the property.

Pet Policy: Please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet, as all of our properties are dog friendly. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. We do have a few requests, to ensure our properties remain pet friendly. Please do not allow any pets in the pool or pool area, on furniture, or on bedding. They will need to be crated if left alone at the cabin. Also, please make sure any pet waste is picked up, placed in a bag, and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins. We look forward to hosting you!

Power Outages: Please be aware that power outages can occur in the Smoky Mountains due to various factors, including severe weather conditions, high winds, or other unforeseen events. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted power supply at our properties, occasional outages may happen, and we appreciate your understanding during such situations. Power is typically restored by the electric company within a few hours.

-----Fine Policy-----

Additional Guest Violation: As per regulations set by the County Fire Marshall, we adhere strictly to the maximum occupancy limit set for our property.

Unauthorized Pet Infraction: Transparency is a cornerstone of our business. We also believe in providing fair compensation to our dedicated cleaning team. Any guest found to have brought in pets without prior authorization will face a minimum fine of $200 per pet.

- Check out before 10 AM.
- Please leave the bedsheets on the floor by the bed and remember to grab all your belongings.
- If the fold-out sofa was used please be sure to take off the sheets and fold the sofa back correctly in its original position.
- Please take the trash out to the bear-proof bins outside. If you have any extra trash, kindly place it inside the cabin near the front door, and our cleaning team will remove it after your checkout.
