I had meant to send you an email each day of our vacation – as we just loved your place so much! It was so clean and nicely decorated. I have to share with you our experience, as our friends had a very different experience with their condo. We booked our trip with friends of ours who booked condo #--- (you were ---, right?) – it is just around the corner. Our friends’ condo was very dirty. Their youngest daughter (age 5) found an old dirty baby bottle under her bed that still had old milk in it! (again, this is NOT your condo). I went to cut some apples for our children while we were at her condo, and when I pulled out a sharp knife, it had dried cheese on it. Their dishwasher didn’t work well, so they had to hand wash many of the dishes both before and after using them! Their toilet overflowed, and the only plunger they had in the unit was torn to shreds and completely inadequate. There were cereal crumbs under the bed that had not been vacuumed up that they noticed the day they arrived. My friend was so sad that she was in the condo that they had. They loved your condo so much more! We all did!! It was also so nice that a member of your management company came by mid-week to check on us and deliver cookies! He was so nice, professional and helpful. I promise you this – the next time we schedule a trip to Orlando, we will most certainly be reaching out to you again! In fact, I am sending your information to other friends of ours as well, as they are planning a trip in the fall. Thank you both so much. We really appreciate the lovely home you have and after seeing how other people take care of their condos – we truly have a greater appreciation for yours! It was just delightful!!
