This property was built in 1958. This is a mixed use property. The building has a commercial suite on the front of the building and two separate apartments in the rear of the building. Inside each apartment you will find two- three bedrooms and two baths. You will discover that each apartment has a full size washer/dryer, spacious living room and separate dining room with an accordion door should one wishes to separate themselves from the living room area. Each apartment also has a private balcony. Truly a hidden gem within the neighborhood.
Guest will have full access to the entire apartment. No sharing living arrangement with others outside your family.

Welcome to historic Green Valley community. Here you will find parks, along with playground/water sprinklers (summer only), bike ride share and walking trials. There are also four local churches, (with fifth one under construction) all within walking distance of the property.
Guest can best get around best car, which is why we provide free parking onsite for up-to 2 vehicles. We have had past guests that use the metro bus (which stops are walking distance to the property) to get to the subway station. The closest subway station to our property is the Crystal City station, however Ballston and Pentagon stations are not far away. Some of our guest prefer to use Uber/Lyft and we have even had a couple use Turo. Should you decide to use Turo, let us know. There is a chance we could have one waiting for you at the property when you arrive.
Please keep the main lobby door locked at all times.
We don't allow any parties in the apartment.
This is a non-smoking property. If it is discovered that your guest or you have been smoking inside the property, you will be required to pay an additional $200 special cleaning and deodorizing fee. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, e-cigarettes, hookahs and both legal or illegal medicinal products.
We don't allow pets. If it is discovered that you have brought a pet(s) into the property, you will be required to pay additional $200 special cleaning and deodorizing fee plus cost of any damages.
Please do not rearrange the furniture inside the apartment. You will be required to to pay between $150.00 - $200.00 fee plus any damages. This is the cost that our handyman/contractor charges us to put the furniture back to the original setup in time for our next guest.
Lost Parking Passes replacement cost is $25.00 per parking pass.
