Our family of 4 was in Myrtle Beach for the week for our son's Ripken baseball tournament. His team lost every game at Ripken, but this condo was a big winner. It was very clean, very well-maintained and tastefully furnished/decorated. The location was perfect for our tournament, just 5 minutes to the Ripken complex. We all enjoyed Wonder Works, which is a science amusement attraction at Broadway at Beach, more fun and interactive than many science- themed attractions. If you have children it is worth the admission price. We enjoyed the pool, which is situated across the parking lot and just on the other side of two other condo buildings. There are others on the property, but we did not try them out. There are also some indoor facilities which cannot be accessed by those renting directly from owners. This was not a problem for us. We liked the 1st floor location for carrying luggage, groceries, etc. Carol was wonderful to work with and the condo is just as described. Some kitchen basics were supplied, such as veg oil, cooking spray, facial tissues and paper towels among others, which was a special touch, much appreciated. There was a starter amount of dishwasher detergent and toilet tissue (3 pellets dishwasher detergent and about I full roll bathroom tissue for each of the 2 bathrooms) but you will probably need to buy more. We used the dishwasher every day, and were glad we took extra. The condo was a great place to come home to at the end of the day just to relax. There were no problems at all and the wifi and free phone calls were a plus, too. The condo was much more spacious than any beachtown condo we 've ever rented. This condo was perfect for what we needed and we were glad we chose this one. I would recommend it without question.
