Welcome to Stowe! Our home is brand new in 2011, very comfortable and tastefully decorated throughout. Relax on the deck with loved ones and watch the sunset behind Mount Mansfield.
On the main floor is the living room, dining room and a fully stocked kitchen, with mudroom and ½ bath. Cathedral ceiling and balcony look up to the second floor where there is a full laundry room with ironing board and sink, and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with a Queen sleigh bed and another with 2 twin beds.
Above the 2nd floor is the master suite with a King Size Temperpedic, his and hers walk-in closets, and spa-like bathroom. Walk-in wet area and pebble flooring, laundry chute and office area complete the 3rd floor.
There is also a fully furnished basement with it's own full bath and king size bed.
Our green home will give you the true experience of living in the Green Mountain State. Foot thick walls, triple glazed windows and energy star appliances are just a few of the features that make this home green and energy efficient. We are proud to say our home recently received a HERS rating of 36 from the State of Vermont. Even with these green features, the home has all the comforts and conveniences of a regular home. The only place we see a difference is in our energy bills!
Stowe Village is vibrant year round with quaint shops, boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants. Luxurious spas await your arrival after a long day at the slopes. Stowe is spectacular to visit year round. The summer season is just as popular as the winter season. And the views of the mountain will take your breath away, especially in the fall!
There are endless nearby activities to keep you busy all day long. Skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, shopping, boating, mini golf and horseback riding are just a few of the possibilities.
