Experience the ultimate in luxury in this stunning 6800 square foot lakefront mini castle on the beautiful shores of Lake Erie. This new multi million dollar home was built with every amenity imaginable to provide you with the most unbelievable vacation retreat. This home is perfect for a getaway or for one or two families to share, but will only be rented out for a few weeks per year so reserving early will give you a better chance. It is located right on the shores of Lake Erie and you’ll have a private beach to enjoy and an amazing patio and deck. Everything in this home is built with the highest quality and only want people to enjoy it that will treat this luxury home with the highest level of care.

Lodging

There are 4 bedrooms with the master suite on the first floor which will allow you to hear the wave’s crash as you fall asleep at night. The master bathroom is unbelievable with walk in closets, dual showerheads and Jacuzzi tub. Two of the spacious upstairs bedrooms both offer amazing views of the lake with private bathroom and walk in closets. You’ll definitely fall asleep with the sounds of crashing waves. There is also a MasterSpa hot tub for 6 people to enjoy outside on the stone patio and a large balcony overlooking the lake.

Gourmet Kitchen and Local Attractions

Enjoy cooking meals in the spacious gourmet kitchen which offers a slew of amenities such as Wolf range and two stoves, granite countertops, two Bosch dishwashers, Sub Zero refrigerator, freezer wine chiller and outdoor Weber natural gas grill. The main room also has a 60 inch LED TV with 4 glass sliding doors offering amazing lake views. There is also built in music speakers and controls throughout the house and on the patio where you can listen to your iPod, CD’s or satellite radio. The house is just 10 minutes from the town of Monroe or you can drive or boat to attractions such as Cedar Point, Cabela’s, Ann Arbor, Toledo, Maumee Bay State Park or sporting events in Detroit.

Recreation and Utmost Care

The lake is sometimes as smooth as glass or has decent waves depending on the winds and you can enjoy swimming or on the patio. Feel free to enjoy a bonfire on the beach and you’re welcome to use a wide range of outdoor games, bikes, ping pong /pool table, hammock, rafts and beach toys. You will truly have an amazing time at this house but only want those who will treat it with the upmost respect and care. I won't permit any large gatherings or wedding parties and only allow a max of 10 on the property. Thank You

The most wonderful summer getaway....

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Jason's beautiful home. It's such a special place...a quiet neighborhood, a private beach, a beautifully bright and comfortable home that is also luxurious. The huge back porch that overlooks the lake is amazing for morning coffee and dinners by the lake. We enjoyed our time playing on the beach, playing cards on the back porch while listening to the waves crash, lounging in the hammock, watching the moon rise over the lake while in the hot tub. The lake is also unique in that it's really shallow for pretty far out, so we could take the kids out and they could jump the waves and have fun. It's also a super convenient location for travel from Chicago/Indianapolis/Ohio. Toledo is super close so we went into town for dinner at The Docks a few nights (beautiful spot overlooking the river and downtown) and made dinner in the excellent kitchen in this home several nights. There is boat rental nearby and Cedar Point is 1.5 hours away. Also can't say enough about how fantastic the whole interaction was with Jason...soo easy to work with, super nice, very accommodating, helpful with local info! SUCH a great getaway...we will be back! Thanks a million, Jason!!
