Just 15 minutes from Downtown LA, this is a very conveniently located, comfortable, private space in a charming and quite neighborhood in Pasadena.
The home can conveniently sleep a maximum of 6 people, however, additional rate applies. A second bedroom is available on a prearranged basis . The two bedrooms can comfortably sleep 4 total.
Additional occupant in excess of the 4 individuals included in the base rate and second bedroom combined. The sofa bed in the living room folds out for extra sleeping space. Extra sheets and blankets are available.
The kitchen has a breakfast nook furnished with a dining table for 4. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with gas-stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, glassware, flatware & cooking utensils.
The living room has a with a full sofa sleeper. A 32” HD LCD television TV with Netflix gives you easy access to entertainment and news during your stay.
The bathroom is spacious with toiletries - soaps, shampoo, lotion and plush towels.
The porch welcomes to a lovely home and can be conveniently used as an outdoor lounge space.
