As you step into our abode, you'll be greeted by a light-filled, spacious living area designed for relaxation and connection. The living room is tastefully furnished for both style and comfort, providing a cozy space to unwind after a day of exploration. Kick back on the electric reclining sofa and catch up on your favorite shows on the 65-inch flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen awaits the culinary enthusiast, complete with appliances and a kitchen island with 4 bar stools. Enjoy your meals in the 8-seating dining area, fostering moments of togetherness with your travel companions.
Our home features 4 bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed and twin-size bed, ceiling fan, an ensuite bathroom, a closet and a 42-inch TV. The second bedroom features queen size bed, ceiling fan, a closet and a 42-inch TV. The third bedroom offers a queen size bed and twin-size bed, ceiling fan, a closet and a 42-inch TV. The fourth bedroom features queen size bed, ceiling fan, a closet and a 42-inch TV providing a peaceful retreat for everyone. A washer and dryer, wireless internet, four car parking space in the driveway and the carport and a beautiful heated pool are also included. This is a non-smoking house. Linens, towels, and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests.
Step into your private outdoor paradise, where a shimmering heated pool awaits. Whether you're taking a refreshing morning dip or enjoying a sunset swim, the pool is the focal point of relaxation. Lounge on poolside chairs and loungers with a good book or savor meals al fresco on the patio — the choice is yours.
We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags.

• No Pets allowed.
• No smoking is allowed in the house or backyard.
• Strictly No parties or events are allowed
• No candles, no diffuser, no scented oils, no incense, or any plug-ins allowed.
• No unregistered guests are allowed.
• No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
• Please don't eat/drink in beds this leads to irreversible stains. Claim will be made.
• Put all your trash bags in the trash bin
• Washer & Dryer: To be used for your personal clothes only. Located in the garage.
• The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee
• Please note that an extra charge will be claimed for each remote loss.
• Please take care of the furnishings. Claims will be made.
• Complimentary and starting basic essentials
• Avoid Damage: Please treat all belongings like you would your own. Charges will apply.
• Please dial 911 first in case of an emergency, then call us.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times. No overstaying without prior permission and payment.
• Please do not remove any mail in the mailbox if any.
• No mails or packages to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any.
• We provide a BBQ. Guest will not get refunded if any unexpected malfunction or if gas is emptied. We provide a starter quantity. Guest will have to fill it if they need more.
• Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• For safety and economical reasons, Pool will be set to a maximum of 80 degrees. **November to April, during Winter Coldest Days, Heater may not be able to reach this temperature. Refund will not be issued**
• Pool: Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision.
• Pool care: Scheduled once a week. They will enter from the backyard door. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Please do not open the garage mechanical door nor park your vehicle inside.
*There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 28 days or more.
*Please note that an additional cleaning fee of $140.00 will be charged for any stays lasting longer than 60 nights. This fee will be collected after your booking is confirmed. Must be paid before your check-in date.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
*Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
