Four stories offer wonderful views from the 6 sun decks located on the front and rear of every level. Five bedrooms, three and a half baths, spacious grand room with gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and dining area that seats 12. Private community pool and fishing pier. One car garage, carport, and additional assigned parking. Short 270 yard walk to the beach. Perfect for family vacations, reunions, golf get-a-ways, or a weekend escape.

The North Bethany area is conveniently located just minutes away from the Bethany boardwalk, and a short drive to the tax-free shopping at the Rehobeth outlets. Enjoy all the excitement of Ocean City's restaurants, boardwalk and night life. Exceptional golf nearby available year round. The superb dining establishments will keep you out of the kitchen!! As expected, mini-golf and other activities are close by for the kids.
