From the tile floors throughout, to 27' master retreat , newly updated baths ,this is truly a special home .* Nice pets allowed with small fenced in area for small dog.. ALL NEW Furnishings Jan 2012! Clean and well loved home.Big pool area .Has the wow factor!

About The Owner

Prior to making our sanibel purchase we looked at many homss. This ground level

was just perfect. Condition was excellent, loved the east end location with ease on and off the island as well as walking distance to the lighthouse cafe, ice cream parlor and Grama Dots at the Marina. The walk to the beach is an easy and exciting walk ...over a little wood bridge and on beach path next to sandalfoot. Morning sunrises are the best at the east end beaches and rival any sunset ..

The pool is heated and oversized lots of lanai space both covered and screened.

Much privacy in the back yard with mature palms and partially fenced. A perfect house for our little dog..we love dogs so allow your dog to come along.

Thank you for considering our home to use during your stay on sanibel. We have just purchased all new furniture and flat sceen tvs..and because we are a professional couple we know how important wifi is and it is there for your use.

Loved the East end . Amazing sunrises at the beach mins. away and loved having a canal, near beach location, loved the street..one of a kind on the east end...and the pool is big!!

What makes this house unique

Big pool which is heated..privacy in back yard. short stroll to the beach and the marina,

ground level makes life easy..tile floors throughout..all bathrooms have been remodeled and are upscale and so clean! and love all our new furniture..enjoy the look of our antique piece which is our' prize'.Can do my work while on sanibel because home has wifi.

Love the big refrigerator which is new and the stove also new...enjoy the pass through from kitchen to the lanai,..

The new washer and dryer in our huge laundry room actually make doing laundry on vacation fun.

We also enjoy the small fenced on the side yard area for our terrier
