Located in the historic Crescent Lake neighborhood you will find the Urban Retreat. It is one of only 10 units on our property. Within walking distance to Crescent Lake park with walking trails, greenspace, pickle ball courts, and a dog park.
The 4th street corridor is full of restaurants, shops and historic Sunken Gardens.
Downtown St. Pete is about a mile away with over a dozen museums, shopping, many restaurants, bars, and a vibrant waterfront.

St. Pete trip

I'll summarize the pros and cons of this trip. Pros: Great location, able to walk to great places and the lake was beautiful Owner was very responsive when I had questions Good price Cons: The wall unit air conditioners put out a horrible musty smell. I couldn't even turn the living room one on because it was so bad. We had to wash even our clean clothes when we got home and air out our luggage. Very sparsely furnished - one bed end table rather than two, one bathroom trash in the kitchen and that was the only trash can, etc. The units are really close to each other so you just have to be aware of that. We didn't receive any check-in information so I had to contact owner for instructions. She said it was a malfunction on the vrbo software.
