The Resort at Singer Island 20th Floor 2 Bedroom Penthouse

This property was one of the best we have stayed in and was as is depicted in the pictures. The views were spectacular. The property has everything you need and then some. It was very clean but does not have daily housekeeping. The resort itself was great for our family. We have an 11 year old and he found lots of kids to play with at the pools. The slide pool was a big hit with him. I would recommend this property.

We truely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The owners suprised us by having a nice welcome note when we arrived and the weather was beautiful. The condo was everything we expected and more. Large spacious rooms, 2 large bathrooms, and a balcony overlooking the ocean and the intercoastal waterway from the 20th floor all were greeted with enthusiastic yelps of glee from my children when we arrived. When we couldn't get the wi-fi to work initially (to the chagrin of the kids) but the owners were available immediately and had the problem fixed within 30 mins. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and dinner wear. We only had to buy a few necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, spices) because we exhausted the supply already was provided. I was thrilled to see plenty of wine glasses and wine bottle openers as well. All the electronics were in excellent working condition and the decor was gorgeous. The countertop stove top only has two burners and they didn't get as hot as a normal stove would get, but knowing that we were able to accomodate and allow more time to cook the various meals we choose to eat in. There were a couple burnt out lightbulbs when we arrived, but thanks to thoughtful owners, we found the lightbulbs in the cabinet and were able to replace them immediately.

The resort is beautiful, but plan ahead if you intend on doing any outside activites,as this time of year is off season, and many things were not open or available. Luckily the beach, 2 pools and the many kids activites were enough to keep us busy and happy.

We would come back to this penthouse condo in a heartbeat. It was easy to work with the owners and they provided everything we needed or wanted. Thanks for a great vacation and even better memories.

Had a great vacation with beautiful weather...The unit was wonderful...clean with great views. Morning coffee on the balcony was very relaxing. Owner was quick to respond and very easy to work with...no issues at all. We stay on Singer Island often and this is a great location. The beach chairs and boogie boards were nice to have access to. The pools and beach are very nice. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Valet parking was never an issue as they responded quickly to bring the car. Overall a wonderful vacation and great experience renting this unit.
