Hi there! I am a French-Australian currently living in DC for work. I have two wonderful daughters Alice and Sophie (Alice at the Eiffel Tower in my profile picture!).
My husband and I lived in this place for 10 years (and undertook extensive renovations in 2008 and again start 2014). We really love this place, as it is in a fantastic (and off the tourist-beaten track) suburb, and is on the last floor, flooded with light and sun. It is also really quiet - in summer, we sleep with our bedroom window open! We have kept it as we come back regularly to Paris either for travel or for visiting my husband's family (that lives a 10 minutes walk from this apartment).
It is a sunny, beautiful and pleasant apartment to live in - really in authentic Paris, with hardly a tourist in sight! It is on the last floor (with a lift) so has a lot of light, and a typically parisian view of the rooftops. This suburb is quite prized by Parisians as it is very well connected to everywhere you need to be, while still having a lot of parks, gardens, houses, restaurants and bars. You will really enjoy staying here!
