With condo being located off the 18th green I can walk to the Grayhawk Clubhouse, practice range, and Phil's Grill or enjoy dinner and cocktails at the spectacular "Open to the Public Grayhawk Cubhouse" I also purchased due to my designer furnished unit's location, winter weather and easy access from other states.

Would highly recommend to friend or relative. Very clean and well-maintained condo with amazing sunsets! Lovely gated community with short walk to pool and hot tub.
Shopping, restaurants, golf, and hiking near by.
Description and photos were as shown.
Great condo, owner easy to deal with which made transaction simple and affordable.
Would definitely return!!
