Charming Kenmure Country Club villa overlooking the 16th faiway! Situated in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, this villa offers all the comforts of home in a bright and open design. The living room features vaulted ceilings, a gas log fireplace, and huge windows to take in the lovely view of the golf course. Enjoy your morning coffe on the open deck with a dining table and shade umbrella. The kitchen is well-equipped and offers a cozy breakfast nook and direct access to the dining room. The master bedroom also has large windows, king-size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom offers twin-size beds and is adjacent to the second bathroom. This villa offers one-level living and just two steps up to the front door. It also has a two car garage.

Enjoy complimentary access to the Kenmure Country Club indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts and fitness facility. You may also play golf for a greens fee and dine in our historic clubhouse. Kenmure is located in the quaint Village of Flat Rock with its charming shops, dining, and the famous Flat Rock Playhouse. Hendersonville is just 4 miles away, and Asheville, NC and Greenville, SC are just 40 minutes away if you crave bigger city life.

About The Owner

We winter in Stuart Florida and summer in Cincinnati, Ohio. In between we spend our time at Kenmure and at our island home in Georgia. We have three grown children and seven grandchildren. All of us love Kenmure for the environment in which it is located and all the fun things there are to do.

The Owner purchased this villa in 2004
Why The Owner chose Flat Rock

We have always liked the Carolina mountains. When we discovered Flat Rock, we were awed by its beauty and historical significance, and the community of Kenmure. Kemure is very rare; it is near the "high mountains", convenient to Asheville, has all the activities we enjoy ---golf, tennis, fitness center, fine dining, walking, and excellent theater nearby.
