One bedroom and one bath, sleeps 4

This gorgeous one-bedroom condo is located in a tropical, resort-like complex. Professionally decorated, the condo is steps from the beach! The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. The bathroom has dual sinks and granite countertops. In the living room you'll find a flat-screen television with Blu-Ray DVD player , fireplace, and pull-out sofa. The beautiful interior more than makes up for the lack of an ocean view.

In our gated complex, there are two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, gym, saunas, huge game room (billiards, ping pong, foosball), putting green, and beautiful landscaping complete with koi pond and water falls. Best of all, just outside the gate is family-friendly Oceanside Beach - great for surfing, swimming, boogie boarding, and fishing. A short walk to the harbor or pier will bring you to lots of other fun activities!

Just a great place for my wife and I. Very pleased with beauty and location of the condo. Very central to every place we wanted to visit including the local beach shops and eateries. The food was always great and reasonably priced. We had a great time on the many free beeches including sunbathing, shell gathering, and treasurer hunting with my Whites 6000D Series Detector. I found many pennies, dimes, nickels, and quarters. A young boy searching near me found a beautiful pearl and gold ring. My wife, Francine, and I traveled within a 60 mile radius and attended the San Diego Zoo, The Driving Safari,Old Towne San Deigo, The Flower Fields and Market, and much more. We are already making plans for next year's adventure. Thanks so much. It was a great birthday present for her.

This property is accurately described and we had a fantastic week enjoying the accommodations provided. I was pleasantly surprised with the condition of all the furniture, bedding, appliances etc..

Kayaking in the Marina with my son/wife and witnessing the sea lions swim up next to us and splash around was something I will never forget. A mere 5 minute walk for such an activity!!

Saving money is difficult anywhere and the thoughtfulness for the little additions of the (must have) beach accessories like boogie boards and chairs were a great treat....

This was a great stay! The grounds were as nice as described, the room was clean, pleasant, and extremely well stocked... except for the unexpected lack of an air conditioner, but given the time of year that wasn't much of an issue. The pool and beach access was wonderful and the beach itself was always clean and rarely overly crowded. Lots to do in the area and the property owner/manager was certain to make the stay as pleasant, relaxing, and stress-free as possible including providing wonderful information and recommendations prior to our trip. I don't think I have any complaints! This place was just as expected if not even better!

Beautiful place!

This condo was definitely what we were hoping it would be! It was very clean, conveniently located, and beautifully decorated! It was everything we could have hoped for to spend our Spring Break by the ocean.

We have one child so this one bedroom was perfect as he slept on the pull out couch, which was surprisingly very comfortable. Loved the new kitchen and it was great to have everything there for us, including beach towels, lawn chairs, and boogie boards! The train nearby was sort-of loud at times, but after the first night we didn't even notice it.

The grounds were amazing with a tropical feel. The condo was located a ways back, but the walk through the grounds is so beautiful, it was worth it. We used the pool and hot tub every day and also used the grills available. Loved being so close to the beach!

We would definitely return and will even pass the address on to others we know who are headed that way. The location of the condo was very central; we could walk to the harbor and the pier. Everywhere we went was a short drive. I also appreciated the security of the grounds, complete with underground parking.

I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a beautiful condo on the beach with all the emmenities!
