THE BEST ~SW~ LAS VEGAS 4 BR HOUSE/POOL 10 MINUTES FROM STRIP

Owner was wonderful to work with and very flexible/accomodating. The house is nice, not overly nice but comfrtable. Kitchen includes everything you would need for your vacation. Patio and pool area are very nice and we enjoyed our coffee outside every morning (unable to use pool - there is an additional $75 if you want the pool/jacuzzi heated). Pati table and chairs are broken down though - but this did not stop us from being out there.

Pool table was a great thing to have - kept everyone busy. Not in best shape but sure was fun to have!

4 bedrooms - with the master being very large with fireplace, dresser, futon/couch, rib, walk-in coset, large bathroom vanity, soaking tub, shower and separate bathroom. Other bedrooms are small, but do the trick!

I would recommend this to family that want to stay off the strip (pricey), have soething to do when you are not sight-seeing, etc.

A few months before our family reunion in Las Vegas, I asked my niece if she would be able to research the vacation rentals in Las Vegas because I was not familiar with the area. She inquired with several and sent the links to me, however, Natalie's vacation rental stood out because she answered my inquiry quickly with the costs along with confirming the dates requested were available! Payment options were quick along with the agreement. I was set. However, she inquired if I was able to look at the pictures of the house? Yikes, I did not even look at the house. I clicked on the link, scrolled down and noticed the great pictures of the house inside and out.

Family Reunion Weekend
Check-in time was at 3:00pm. Unfortunately, something was wrong with the upstairs bathroom and Natalie apologized for the inconvenience inquiring if we could check-in around 5:00/5:30 because the maintenance had to clean up. It was not a problem because we were spending time my sister-in-law at her hotel.

As we drove through to the house, we noted it is a quiet neighborhood surrounding new development of stores and restaurants. When we checked-in the house, right away the kids claimed the room they wanted. During that time, my husband and I were taking notes of the house because we wanted to make sure that if there was anything wrong-we could contact Natalie for her to be aware. There is very miniscule wear and tear but this adds to the homey feeling to the house and does not distract from the overall condition of the house, which is EXCELLENT.

The following items were provided:
Towels
Linens
Paper products (not sure if this was left from a previous tenant but if it is, then thank YOU!)
Broom/Dustpan (located in the garage)
Dry condiments (salt, pepper, spices)
Toiletries
Hair Dryer / Flat Iron

The location is ideal because you are not too far from the strip (10 minutes by Freeway or 20-30 minutes away from the Strip if you drive through the regular streets).

In either direction when you turn on Durango, there are stores or restaurants if you need to do any last minute shopping. If you drive further up to South Fort Apache, there are other stores (Wal-Mart, Ross's, Sports Authority, Human Bean, etc).

Overall, the location is great because it is near everything that is only a drive away!

I highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone who is visiting Las Vegas.
