Luxury, Newly Built Beachfront Condo....Steps to Nantucket Sound.

We had an absolute wonderful stay this past week! Allison was just incredible and accomdated us in every way! The beach is just amazing and to be able to have our dog with us on the beach everyday was perfect. The condo was great, we didn't have a tub but the walk in shower was just beautiful. The tile work was so cool. We loved every second of our vacation and can't wait to go back next year. Than you Allison for all your hard work!

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the property for a quick weekend getaway and had a wonderful time. It was off-season so we pretty much had the place to ourselves and loved the private beach just a few steps away. The condo itself is tastefully decorated (simple and beachy) and everything is extremely clean and brand new. The kitchen has new appliances and is fully stocked, including paper towels (not mentioned in the description), hand towels and even a blender! The living room furniture was comfy and the electric fireplace was a nice touch for the cool evenings. We were pleased to see that the rooms were as pictured (even better in person) and our hosts, Chuck and Alison, were friendly and extremely helpful recommending restaurants and activities near by. The only suggestion would be thicker pillows (that's a personal preference) and wall hooks in the bathroom for a hand towel (there was a rack but for ease of reach a hook is better). If that's the only suggestions I can come up with, then they're doing a pretty good job! I can't comment on the swimming pool or hot tub because they were still closed for the season (too cold to use anyway!). The condos are in a nice quiet area (could have been the time of year) and are conveniently located near the Cape Cod Rail Trail Bike Path. Dennisport is a good central location allowing for easy access to any of the other towns and beaches. We really enjoyed our time on the Cape and will definitely be back to stay at Old Wharf Village!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Old Wharf Village for our 1 year wedding anniversary. Since we got married on the Cape in late September, we wanted to spend a nice, relaxing anniversary on the Cape as well. We stayed at just the right place for that and were so thankful to the owners for a welcoming stay.

When we arrived, we were pleasantly greeted by one of the owners and they upgraded our condo to an oceanfront suite when they learned it was our wedding anniversary. After walking through the condo unit, we thought that the Old Wharf Village might be one of the best kept secrets on the Cape. The condo unit was spotlessly clean, and that’s coming from someone that is a very neat and clean kept person. The layout of condo is very efficient and extremely accommodating. The condo was well constructed and it is evident they used high end products/building material to finish the suite.

After a day in the sun, we relaxed at night in front of the gas fireplace in the living room. The bedrooms were spacious and the décor was the perfect Oceanside theme, to remind you how wonderful it is to be on the Cape. The bathrooms were so nice – we wanted to go home and remodel our own bathroom after that weekend.

The Old Wharf Village is pet friendly and we were thankful to bring our dog with us. The owners appreciate that our furry friends are one of the family! They have a cute dog of their own that our dog enjoyed playing with. It is so rare to find a place willing to allow dogs, and more so, welcoming of them. We were careful to clean up after our dog, and it is evident that the owners take that serious too – which was great. Thanks again for letting us bring Sophie!

Since we had an oceanfront condo, we had a nice patio with a small table and two chairs of our own. We woke up each morning to drink our coffee on the patio and stare out at the ocean, it was amazing. The beach is private and very clean. You can walk a nice stretch of beach in either direction also. We were the only people on the beach during our stay, except for one day when we shared the beach with the owners and their family. The owners are very nice, welcoming people and we spent a good deal of time talking with them.

If you love the ocean and come to the Cape to “veg” out on the beach, like we do – the Old Wharf Village is the place to stay. You don’t have to leave, it has the ocean, a pool, a hot tub, and a great place to stay all in one!
