This charming home on the Mesa is within easy walking distance to Mesa Lane beach access, a favorite for surfers. Offering 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, this home is ideal for small families looking for a low key, local environment near the beach. Douglas Preserve, a wonderful wooded area for strolling with your loved ones and pets, is just a short walk away.

All three bedrooms have queen size beds and a shared full bath. The master has an additional powder and flat screen television. The beautiful backyard features a private hot tub, decks, lawn and seating area. Enjoy a leisurely soak in the hot tub after a long day of beach walks, surfing, or exploring all the sites and activities that Santa Barbara has to offer.

What an amazing week!!!
Short walk to beach, great surf and wonderful hiking trails that are dog friendly. I travel a lot for work and this was a great home away from home to enjoy everything Santa Barbra has to offer! The back yard was great from relaxing in the hot tub to using the large BBQ for some fresh fish from the market. Also highly recomend the Boat House for dinner (just a short walk along the beach from the house)

What could be better than waking up, taking a two minute walk with a cup of coffee along a sea cliff
and checking for dolphin pods and surf? Great house and hot tub. I will return!
